Well, it’s much more than just a protein bar. It gives you 25% of your daily requirement of protein, fiber, calcium and vitamin D3. As a woman, it looks after your muscle strength, bone strength, metabolism & hormonal balance.

Source of oil is 100% Peanut Butter and it is part of the product design. We do not use any artificial emulsifiers and stabilizers to bind the oil. Our bars are made from wholesome ingredients and minimally processed, hence some free oil on the surface. Oil from Peanuts is heart healthy composed mostly of unsaturated fats and rich in fat soluble Vitamin E.

All flavours are vegetarian, except the Collagen bar which has a marine-sourced high-grade collagen.

4DU bars are perfect for a 4pm evening snack or a post-workout protein-heavy snack. Carry the minis when you travel. You can also eat a bar if you miss breakfast, although we never recommend this.

Most of the calories in our bars come from the high almond content – a source of good fats & dense nutrition. Depending on the flavour, the calories range from 217 to 230 per bar.
